(December 12th) The most important statistic on this page is the 42.1 next to minutes. Unfortunately, the sample is too small to draw real conclusions based on any of the other numbers present, especially thinks like DBPM that need a much bigger sample to stabilize. What numbers we do have for Carr are generally good. They seem to indicate that Carr should be playing so that, if nothing else, the team can find out how real they are. But it’s generally not a good idea to say that, for example, this shows that Carr is a good passer because of his 90th percentile assist rate, when that is ultimately being based on 4 total assists. We need to see more, and we’ve seen enough to say that we should get to see more, but until that happens, there’s not anything engaging to say about the specifics of Cam Carr’s game.
